Team Challenges

Team Challenges have many benefits. Many employers use them because they:

  • Help staff motivation and development
  • Provide an opportunity for team building exercises
  • Build links with the local community
  • Have a great feel good factor
  • Give PR opportunities
  • Present a chance to "Give Something Back"

Voluntary and community groups benefit from the expertise and enthusiasm of a team coming in to do a job which the group simply does not have the resources to achieve. Often, participants in team challenges will build links with the group they have helped, sometimes becoming longer term volunteers, or assisting in fundraising.

RAVS is in touch with local community groups and can provide a list of projects which are available to teams, some projects require a little bit of expertise, others may require no expertise, just a lot of energy. If you would like to know more please use our contact form.
