BOARD MEMBERS ARE BEING SOUGHT FOR THE NEW RUNNYMEDE LEISURE TRUST
Runnymede Borough Council is setting up a new non-profit-distributing organisation to promote and provide management of its two main leisure centres.
Board members are sought who have a commitment to and interest in community leisure provision, and experience in business, health or education or additional skills such as financial legal or personnel skills.
All positions will be unpaid but expenses will be available.
The Trust will initially be reponsible for the provision of leisure and recreation activities at Egham and Addlestone Leisure Centres. It will work with public, private and voluntary sector partners to improve local community leisure services.

The deadline for receipt of application forms is noon on 25 October 2010.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an informal briefing session at the Civic Centre at 7 pm on 2nd November 2010. Interviews will take place during the day on 8th November 2010.
