NCVO are running their popular ‘Day in the Life’ Work Shadowing scheme again this September. It's a unique opportunity for staff in central government and the voluntary and community sector to step into each other’s shoes for a day and learn about how the ‘other side’ operates.

The personal nature of the scheme means you can observe, ask questions and acquire information first hand – something which often cannot be obtained through other more conventional methods of research or enquiry. 'A Day in the Life' also provides you with an opportunity to share information and highlight the importance of the work your organisation does.
