25% of employers support schemes to enable their employees to help with community projects or to assist voluntary and community organizations.
Approximately 1.5 million employees participate in employer-supported volunteering schemes in England and Wales, contributing around 68 hours each per year - just under two working weeks - with an equivalent value of around £1.1bn
RAVS can assist employees to find a volunteering opportunity which matches the time they have available as well as their interests.
