Barclays has teamed up with the Surrey Herald and News to give a local charity the opportunity to win cash to help them to fulfil their dreams.  They are offering a first prize of £1,000 and two runner-up prizes of £500. 

The closing date for receipt of applications is 31 October 2008.  Shortlisted entrants will be notified and there will be an award ceremony in November.
