The Runnymede Care Assistant Scheme needs a Chairperson.  This volunteer opportunity is a very rewarding position for a very few hours a week. You have the opportunity to chair the scheme that gives so many carers 'time for themselves'.  Your role will be to oversee this scheme which is run on a day-to-day basis by the co-ordinator.  There will be many opportunities to meet local borough councillors and and even the Mayor who all take a great interest in the scheme.  This is a very satisfying and worthwhile volunteering opportunity that helps the local community and the time given is much appreciated.
